How do I contact a veterinarian in an emergency?
If your animal is experiencing an emergency after normal business hours, contact us at (989) 354-2925.
What are your business hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Wednesday 8:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-11:30AM.
How can I schedule an appointment?

Are appointments necessary?
Appointments are encouraged but we do allow room in our schedule for emergencies.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, MOST major credit cards, Care Credit, and Pet Insurance.
Do you have payment plans?
Payment is kindly expected at time of service. You may inquire about CareCredit or a pre-payment plan prior to services rendered. Here's a link to CareCredit's website which will provide info necessary to sign up.

Do you offer any on-line services?
We offer RX refill requests.
Will my pet have to stay overnight after surgery?
Most pets go home the same day depending on their surgery. Your pet will be closely monitored throughout the day. You are more than welcome to call and check on them and arrange for pickup.
What age should my puppy or kitten start vaccinations?
Most pets should start their vaccinations between 6 and 8 weeks.
What age should my dog or cat be spayed or neutered?
We recommend spaying and neutering between 5-6 months of age. Please speak with either Dr. Jack or Dr. Greenfield regarding your individual pet.
Do you offer educational seminars or presentations for the community?
